No Threat Found,... still 1 infected file

Whenever I scan on Full system scan, when it completed, it Says:

Scan complete: NO THREAT FOUND

but still there is 1 infected file on the details, ???

eg:

Run Time : 1:50:26
Tested Files: 111111
Tested Folders: 29755
Amount of data tested: 154.2 GB
Infected Files: 1 (This is what worries me)

how can i know which files is infected?!, and why do avast says No Threat Found, while it state that 1 file is infected, and infected with what???!

PS. when recieving e-mail from this site, to click link, while completing Registering, hotmail blocked contents such as , pictures etc.

hotmail also says that : their Smart Screen filter asumes this message to be suspicious! ?
anyway, i needed help, so here i am! :-\

do you mean the scan log! if not what is the message in the scan log ?
