i have tried for a hour at a cost to me of £55.00 Uk pound salary quite simply i have tried to reset my pass word yet either says not in your database or this is not a valid email address i have tried all possible emails several time your number does not state if its chargeable from Uk

If it is for the av, simply perform a clean installation of it.
What number are you talking about ?
If you mean for the phone support, ofcourse you get billed for it by your phone provider.
If it was a toll free number, it would have been mentioned on the website.
And ofcourse you can contact without a account.
Simply submit a ticket.
