Nobody is responding to my ticket. I need a return ASAP.

Hello. I am trying to get a return and i have opened a ticket just after i bought Mobile Anti Theft subscription as i noticed gthat it can not be activated remotely and i dont have ANY device that i can use it with. Since then, nobody replied to my ticket. I need to get a refund but nobody is replying to my ticket. Thank you for your time. I hope someone can help me.
