??? Sirs, a Norton program was installed on this computer and although I do not use not want Norton, it is near impossible to remove from this computer. When I try to run an Avast scan, some parts of Norton block areas frfom being scanned. Please advise. Bob Warwick

if norton uninstal did not work, then use the Cleaner from the symantec website to remove all traces of norton-AV.
