not able to activate my product after paying

i had purchased the avast pc cleaner paid component of the software for a year for Rs. 699 the amount had been debited from my bank account however i havent got the licence on my email id that i registered with.

when i tried to resend the licence it says that i had not made any purchase with that email, but while paying i had input the exact same email address. please rectify the issue at the earliest, it feels like i just got scammed from a software that is supposed to protect me from scams.

Unless you like to receive a lot of spam, it is not a smart idea to post your email on a public webboard.
The bad guys will harvest it and (ab)use it.

Check you avast account to see if the license is there.

If it is not, it can be you made a typo in the email address.
In that case you need to contact avast > https://support.avast.com
