OK, now you’ve to wait a bit…
Hello!
Can any one help me with this please? :-\
Help please :-[
You need a little patience. There are only a few qualified people that can help.
Please uninstall AVG and then uninstall Avast. Having both on the system is not recommended practice. After that ( and rebooting your system after the uninstalls), please run the Windows Disk Cleanup Tool ( Administrative Tools > Disk Cleanup ). Allow the utility to scan your C: drive and make sure that Temp files are checked when you have the utility clean what it finds.
After this, you should be able to install either Avast or AVG once again.
How to Successfully Install Avast: http://goo.gl/VLXde
I’ve already tried this, I already uninstalled AVG but still not able to uninstall my Avast. :-\
Did you use the removal tool for both after the normal uninstall via Program and Features ???
You’ll find both in the link I posted.

Yes. I did already. Still getting the same error.
“The stub cannot run installer/updater executable c:\program files\avast software\avast\setup\sfx\avast.setup (code 0x10b)”
Have you tired running this in SafeMode?
I don’t think it’ll make a difference in this case. PS: uTorrent can be a dangerous application.
Alright: (PSA; I am NOT an expert; do NOT delete these files until dbrise tells you too (If he does.))
C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\eeIq4Q2wuo.exe
C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\eekASw64yw.exe
C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\x.vbs
I’m reasonably certain they shouldn’t be there… Can you find them, upload them to www.virustotal.com and post the results here? I googled your USB Security program (Never heard of it, but that doesn’t mean much…). It has questionable reviews (Softonic, CNET, SoftPedia etc). So I scanned their install file from their website… That program looks very dicey. But then again, that’s a 2 minute google search.
Just my two cents.

Hi! Thanks for the help. I was able to scan the 3rd file and shows clean but the first 2 that is
“C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\eeIq4Q2wuo.exe and
C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\eekASw64yw.exe” is i can’t find them.
I was able to delete the Avast software manually by going through safe mode then delete the Avast folder. Will be this be okay?
I’m trying to install a new Free Avast Antivirus now.

Do you program in Visual Basic? May you ZIP that file and PM it to me? I’d be interested to see what’s it’s doing.
Forget the two EXE’s, I was just curious. Short answer on manual uninstallation, no. There are lots of leftovers in your Registry from removing Avast! manually.
Please run fresh logs with FRST64 since you have removed some files and programs.
If you still have a Addition.txt log file on your desktop, please delete it now.
Start FRST64 that is on your Desktop by double clicking and allowing the software to run when the User Access Control asks (if it does).
When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer. (if it does)
The tool will start to run and check for an update; please allow it to update and it will inform you when it is ready to run.
Select Additional.txt and 90 Days Files in the Optional Scans section of FRST64.
Press Scan button.
It will make two logs (FRST.txt and addition.txt) on your Desktop. Please attach the new logs in your reply back.

omg. i’m sorry but i just did deleted it manually.
i was able to reinstall and update my Avast Free Anti-Virus now. The problem is i’m not able to perform a SCAN. It just keeps on loading .
You have other malware on your system. Please run a scan with FRST64 and post the logs. The remaining malware will keep interfering with a AV scans until it is removed.
Here are the logs sir.
FIRST >>>>
Please go to START (Windows Orb) >> Control Panel >> Uninstall a Program or Programs and Features and remove the following (if listed):
SiteFinder
Lightshot-5.4.0.10
Yahoo! Messenger
Yahoo! Software Update
To do so, left clicking on the name once and then click Uninstall/Change at the bar above the list window.
Follow the prompts of the uninstaller BUT please read carefully any questions it asks before answering; some uninstallers will try and deceive you into keeping the software.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:
Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!
