Not all features working for Business Antivirus Pro

We have just migrated 75 devices from another provider.

Wi-Fi inspector, Real Site and Rescue Disk features all fail to show under our Business Antivirus Pro devices. If we switch to a trial licence of Pro Plus these feature show straight away so we know the installation is perfectly fine.

Anyone else have the same problem?

Despite being told by Support that it was a known bug and was being worked on the features are still not present.
