depends which one from that post You mean
first is sort of remote administration tool (see KAV description) …
second is considered as malware dialer … again there are tons of such pieces and no AV under sun can cover all until first piece is caught, analyzed and then added to detection…
As Dwarden said, no AV can catch every virus. The next two screenshots are from yesterday
