??? I’m the administrator for windows XP on my computer and when i try to install AVAST! free home edition. it won’t let me because it says “Not enough user rights” whats my problem? please help I know I have viruses.

Please, be patient, I’m sure people are trying to figure out your problem right now. I’m not sure but I don’t think it’s a virus, maybe it’s a error, are you sure it’s under administrator? Better check first. 
I’m positive and whenever i try to make everyone else or anyone else an admin it still says " not enough user rights" while I’m the only Admin.
try to reboot your computer and then try to install avast! (I’m still try to find a solution for you while giving you these basic steps)
Try to enter in Safety Mode. I know the solution… but my head now don’t remember the cause… damn… :-X… If you can, try also to access in the BIOS and change your password from the BIOS.
Entered in Safety Mode? If yes, start → create an account → set a new password. After you created a new admin account you have the rights to modify or choose the preferred account.
