I’m not great with computers, but know enough to need Avast ;). I tried installing but when I click on Run it says “Not enough user rights to continue”. So what do I do (in fairly plain english please :

Windows divides the computer users into groups.
To install a software, you must be on the Administrator groups, i.e., you must have administration rights to install it.
Do you have such user level? Or, on contrary, you’re a common user in this computer?
Start > Control Panel > User accounts could give you some clues about your status.
