I normally get an update at 7PM when I come home, I noticed I did not get an update that Avast says is live. I tried to do a manual update, but nothing changed. Anyone having similar problems?
Restarting did nothing, repairing Avast did nothing, trying a manual update from the website (http://www.avast.com/download-thank-you.php?product=VPS5&locale=en-ww) did nothing
Same problem here, will not update to VPS 130108-1. There have been 3 streaming updates for this VPS with the last one about 2.5 hours ago. The server my Avast connects to must not be updated yet. I’ve tried manual update several times.
Looks like Avast recalled the update then.
They did it once before.
That is possible, but as long as avast is working I wouldn’t be too worried about one missed update. Wait to see what happens later today, 1.22am UK time.
Avast just updated automatically to VPS 130108-1.
I just got the update now (9:52 P.M. est standard time).
Which is why I said don’t worry, be patient. If you aren’t getting them for a few days, now that is a different story.
