I have encountered the following problem.
Two months ago I have paid by Google play store for my Avast Pro subscription.Unfortunately after long communication with Avast representative by mail the accesses is still not granted.
Have anyone had the same problem?Do you have an device how to obtain my subscription.

If you, by any chance, use two different Google accounts, please try this:
uninstall the app → open the Play Store → tap on Menu (three-lines in the upper left corner) → tap your Avatar icon (first letter of your name, or your photo) → select the Google Account you used for purchase of the subscription → re-install Avast
I know it sounds too simple, but it has helped majority of users reporting the loss of Pro licence, so it is always the first thing we ask users to do.
