I registered 5 times now but it still fails to send anything at my email address, i waited time but still nothing
How can i get avast to work, bought 2 year avast before but it message with illegal message, i only have use for 1 year at present

I’m not following you, you’re trying to register the home version but you’ve bought avast?

i think the person is trying to convey one of these :
1.) when i used the key it gave me an error that the key is a pirated one.
or
2.) the key entered is not proper. (may be the person has left out a letter or a number?).
the picture is attached to this message, it has already worked for a year, it was advertised as work for 2 years, the day counter has always been like this

where did you get the license from?.
As nmb said, something wrong with that, as it equates to a little over 5 years 9 months and the longest legitimate license you can get is 3 years.
However, that really isn’t the problem as you are trying to get a license for the Home version but aren’t receiving it. You need to check your ISP (or you) isn’t running an anti-spam filter that is trapping these emails.
Try using a different email address, different domain name, something like a free Yahoo email account as that has resolved this non-receipt issue before.
This license is invalid.

OK thank you for replies, i purchased the key for professional edition from www.ebay.pl
Big mistake buying licenses from ebay, so you have lost your money there, reporting it to ebay is likely to be unsatisfactory. Only licensed/authorised resellers/distributors are the only legit sources and these resellers/distributors are listed on the avast.com site.
aww f***, ok. i use now the english version of the site as it appears more genuine, ebay is cheaper and i earn little money.
scammers should try and scam the rich people and not the poorer people

Using the English version of the site makes no difference to what I said, if it is being offered cheaper than the official avast or resellers/distributors then it is highly likely that it is fake/keygen key that will ultimately be detected and blocked at some point when updating avast signatures.
If you can’t afford the Pro license from official sources (and many can’t) then use the free Home version, that way you aren’t open to fraud nor are you encouraging what is effectively piracy.

The key term was “what is effectively” although they aren’t selling the program as in what is usually called piracy, as you can get the program from official sources, but then don’t pay for a license from them.
So although it sounds like a good deal, you are being ripped off as you don’t get what you thought you were paying for (a legit license key) and the company (Alwil software) doing the development doesn’t get paid.
The only way to confirm is posting the first characters of the key like I’ve posted on #1.
He can’t confirm as he hasn’t received his Home key.
The key in the image he posted in Reply #3 is the suspect Pro key he bought, which obviously doesn’t work.

Seems like he bought an avast license key from ebay… n found that sth was wrong as the day counter never decreased… (reply#3)… So he tried to get a home license key n registered (did not specify if it was on the avast site)… But he did not get any e-mail, even after 5 registratons…
