Recently, i’ve been having a problem with scanning. When i go to the scan part of Avast, the drop down menu only has boot time scan (it doesn’t have quick scan, or full scan anymore). It also won’t do a boot scan when i tried. My scheduled scans have also disappeared. Is anyone else having this problem? I’ve tried updating the programme and defenitions, with no change, and I also tried repairing Avast from control panel.

I would first try a Repair of the Avast installation: Go Control Panel/Programs (and Features)/ Click Avast and Change, when Avast Install Options appear Scroll and select “Repair”,
Reboot.
