Is there something I need to change in my settings ? AVAST scans Internet Mail instead of Outlook/Exchange ? The scans in Internet Mail are the same ones I receive and send in my Outlook.

Hi and welcome,outlook express is scanned by internet mail provider.Outlook/Exchange are different programs.
Thank you, I was just curious since it use to scan my OE since that is the only mail account I use.
If you don’t use MS Outlook, you can completely terminate OUTLOOK/EXCHANGE provider… you don’t need it. By the way, it doesn’t scan anything when you open your Outlook Express. Outlook Express is being handled by Internet Mail provider just like timcan mentioned up there…
