Not sure what is going on...my laptop seems to be having glitches

Hi all,
I started with running the first malware scan. Here are the results.

Then I ran the recovery tool and have attached as well.

Am I going in the right direction?

Thanks,

Hi,
I can not save the fixlist text at all anywhere o my laptop. I have everything on my desktop but it won’t save,

As far as specifics, the dvd player constantly skips (already checked the discs) It starts to type slow and won’t keep up. It is running extremely slow. I have run a scan and only found 2 infected files. That is why I came to you guys to see if there are any scans that you can have me run to see if there are any bugs effecting my laptop.

Thanks.

When you try to save the fixlist.txt what error do you get ?

It will not save at all. It comes up as *txt and then I put the fixlist in front of it so it looks like fixlist.*txt and then nothing happens, any ideas or help or what am I doing wrong?
Thanks

remove the star prior to .txt so that it looks like this fixlist.txt

Sorry I have been so late in getting back, had some health issues pop up. I have attached the fix log and now running adwCleaner. Thanks!

Here are the results from the AdwCleaner. Thanks for all the help!!

What problems do you have now ?

I think whatever problems I was having are totally cleared up. Thanks. Do I just need to uninstall the different programs I used? Are there any scans I should run on a regular basis?

Thanks for all the help!
