I have the latest version…it’s up to date, yet I’ve been hit with TROJ_BAGLE.EY or some derivative twice. Once it hits, the first thing it does is delete all the Avast files, forcing me to reload. I’m just surprised that it’s not being caught by the software. Am I doing something wrong, or is Avast just not working right?

On the screen, a virus warning.
avast can clean itself some kind of them.
Others you must ask for help here.
The same as Quarantine, a safe (inviolable) place to store infected files for further analysis.
