I’m running Avast Pro on a Win7 PC and it will not wake up from sleep mode to perform scheduled scans even though I have the “wake up” feature checked.
What version of Avast did you install?
Has this always been a problem or did it just start? If it just started, can you relate it to something else (upgrate, new software installed, etc.)?
Have you tried an Avast Repair?
Vista & Win7 Users:
- Control Panel
- Programs & Features
- Uninstall a Program > Select Avast Antivirus
- Click the Change/Remove button and scroll down to Repair
- Click Next and follow.
- Reboot.
