not working on Windows?

I have avast on a macbook and a mac desktop and I am very happy with it. I have a windows tablet that just threw up a warning message about ransomware. I downloaded avast and ran a scan. It said no viruses found, but I have no idea what it scanned. I have 2 disks and an SD card in the tablet. There is no log telling me what was scanned. Windows is still telling me there are viruses in the system. The windows message is below. It was in Dutch so a google translate follows. (I live in Holland and set the language to English, but windows being windows it often throws out messages like this in Dutch.) So do I have a virus or not?
