Notepad Saves in Safezone No Longer Viewable in Normal Computer Mode

I save a txt file in SafeZone’s Notepad every day with necessary data that i need in the normal desktop. Every day, this txt file has been viewable on the normal desktop.

With the latest “update”, these cannot be seen any more, yet in Safezone mode I can see they exist where they were saved. My SafeZone settings properly allow sharing as they always have, and I changed nothing.

Are others experiencing this? What is being done to fix it? How can I use an alternate way to transport data out of Safezone until this is fixed? And finally, how can I delete these files?

Follow up, I totally uninstalled and re-installed Internet Security as per these instructions, however could not access safe mode while doing so (neither F8, F5, or TAB worked to get in, its an Asus board).

The same problem as described above exists consistently. How do I get this into the hands of someone who can investigate?
