Nothing works with Avast Pro

Hello,

I just downloaded and installed avast pro yesterday, bought a licence but failed to enter it automatically. Then I used the manual way but nothing happened! I also realized that nothing is working with my avast. Here are some screen captures :

Have (or did) you another Anti-Virus installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?
