novice here having probs with overbilling autorenewal dri

got a ticket# 4/16 no rfesponse and today could not get through the entry process"cross platform" “oops” stuff until i just entered a vague entry. no reply on my first detailed submission. my bill went from $9.99 to 34.99 and i cant seem to get through to anyone. i cancelled autorenewel and requested a refund. have not used it; billed in febuary. am i dreaming or is it possable to actually talk to someone on a phone instead of spending hours menu/info surfing? help

If you where billed in February and you submitted a ticket in April, you are basically too late.
The 30 days refund period has past.

ty for email warning and yes i have two ticket #s one 4/16 and one today. i guess im stuck but i never used it even in the end of 2014 so that was my hope and i am shocked that it went up that much for one pc.

As has been explained, sending multiple tickets / changing a existing one will put you back to the bottom of the stack.
This means you will now have to wait longer for a response.

The price didn’t go up.
The $9,99 was a special offer, the $34,99 is the normal price.
