Looking for a safe program to remove Nuqel.E that Avast did not block on Windows XP

I will give Malware a try. First must get a high capacity jump drive since I have lost any other ability to comunicate. Nice avatar!
Since you know that you have “Nuqel.E” does that mean that avast detected it but can not remove it ?

If it is definitely infected and undetected by avast, before using any other tools to remove it, send the sample to avast.
You could also check the offending/suspect file at: VirusTotal - Multi engine on-line virus scanner and report the findings here the URL in the Address bar of the VT results page.
If multiple scanners detect this then that would confirm it is infected.
Send the sample/s to avast as a Undetected Malware:
Open the chest and right click in the Chest and select Add, navigate to where you have the sample and add it to the chest (see image). Once in the chest, right click on the file and select ‘Submit to virus lab…’ complete the form and submit, the file will be uploaded during the next update.
