Off Topic "Comodo Firewall?" [Resolved]

Good could you please send me two screenshot “Firewall Settings” & “Defense+ Settings”…just do it please as I’m trying to help you as I want to double check

If this is a Comodo problem, then it should be discussed on their forum. IMHO

Well it’s an issue between Comodo and Avast and as this topic is solely devoted to a Comodo issue I see no reason it cant be continued here.

You’re right. That’s where I posted them.

@SpeedyPC Go to the Comodo Forum.

No. Bob’s right it is a Comodo issue.

The thread is “Toaster Pop-Ups”.

edit: It’s about why CFW freezes not about any avast/CFW conflict.

Left a message you know where

If you did I sure can’t find it.
Are you sure you left a message? ???

Thanks! If Comodo doesn’t fix the freeze with v6 I’ll go for v3.14.

WARNING: v3.14 doesn’t work on W7 64bit, this only go from Windows 98 to XP only

Well…so much for that idea.

Para-Noid

You’re first post on page 1 explaining the issue and you’re sig below were both a dead giveaway because both DNA match here and over there explaining you’re issue and your set-up Win7x64, avast free 8.0.1489, MalwareBytes Pro and, Spyware Blaster. That how I bloody found you easy-peasy I’m a smart mouse and it very easy for me to spot a pussy cat a mile away ;D ;D ;D and you better pull you’re pants backup you naughty boy ;D ;D

I wasn’t trying to hide. There are some people who don’t think like that. ;D

I tried to download 5.12 all I ever got was 6.1. ???

I’ll stick with 6.0 for now.

Used this correct download link http://www.filehippo.com/download_comodo/download/f75e1fd4170a42d1290e128caf365905/

Because I’ve got it and double checked it v5.12.59641.2599 IF you want it just in case

That link worked!

I’m going to stick with 6.0 unless it starts to act up again. 6.0 has a smaller installer file.
Since I did another clean install I’m leaving it on “training mode” (again) for a few days.
For now the GUI is behaving with no acting up.

Thanks!

Understood sorry to see you’re problems it just doesn’t make any bloody sense as I’ve been scratching my backside for an hour, any way I’m too good for you searching between here and there ;D

Para-Noid do you have Comodo Rating Scan comes with CFWv6.0 just asking and you haven’t turn on sandbox turn on have you

I didn’t install the Comodo Cloud so I don’t have a rating scan.

Interesting than Rating Scan belong to v6.1 thanks for the heads up buddy

Comodo v6.1 is worth a go as it is a really smooth runner now.
Its had several bug fixes.

If your looking for an older version of the comodo firewall then this website may help.
Thanks.
