I don’t know what this is so I don’t know if I should accept or reject. I rejected it the first time it popped up but maybe I should have accepted it?

Thanks for the link Pondus but dummy me still doesn’t know whether to accept or reject this. Don’t know what the partner program is or how to kill it.

I have the free version of winpatrol so when I click on plus info it doesn’t show anything.

Not sure if I trust Microsoft.

I accepted, had to restart my computer, after restarting it showed preparing windows, had to sign out, sign in again and so far no problems.
