Why setting limits ?
And what should happen if a limit is reached ?
Make people pay more per used Mb ?
And 500 Mb ?
Come on that is nothing nowadays.
If I download e.g. avast and LibreOffice, I would already have reached the limit.
Also don’t forget the updates for e.g. the OS, browser and other applications someone has installed as well as those who are watching things on Youtube and such.
@ Huracan
Playing devils advocate here - As an avast free user, where is the incentive for people to upgrade to paid versions of avast or purchase the subscription for SecureLine VPN if it is given away. Avast free is possibly the stiffest competition to the paid versions of avast.
@ Eddy
Just who would be making large application downloads using SecureLine VPN, that surely isn’t the point of SecureLine VPN, on-line banking, shopping, transferring confidential data, etc.
Which limit do you prefer; data cap, speed cap or server availability? What limits do you think Avast should impose for free users, or none like Opera’s Unlimited VPN?
