Old program registers as virus

Hello, I have a program that runs in Wang Basic language that I absolutely need. It registers as a virus every time I access it. I tried to add the file to exclusion but Avast still catches it. I have unmarked “scan .exe and .dll programs” from the file scanner, this works okay but a box still pops up saying the .exe and .dll are viruses. I just click X on the box to then run the program.

Do you know how to make the program run without Avast catching it.

These are the files:
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\ISDrv118.sys
C:\Windows\linkinfo.dll

After running my own process RTIWIN32.exe <–which is the BASIC program

upload the files to www.virustotal.com and scan with 43 malware scanners
