Is working perfectly!

It installed itself without fuss, and didn’t enable any of the extra junk Avast includes that I don’t use (i.e., it noticed my current settings and just kept them). Gasp!

This is the Avast software I had come to know over the many years.

Given that most posts are complaints and descriptions of problems, I figure now and again someone ought to comment vehemently about how well everything’s working. :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes, this is one of the best updates Avast has had. It is much more responsive; startup is improved even with VPS update occurring. Also, I have turned VPS update notifications back on and the popup is back to normal; no ads.
