How do i turn off the on access message screen that popup on ever file scanned…thanks in advanced
Uncheck the option ‘Show detailed information…’ into the Stardard Shield settings (the default option is ‘off’ so you, or anybody else, could change the default value by accident I suppose…). Luck. 
You should use a popup blocker.Popup blockers are able to block misleading message ,Annoying ads,unwanted ads.Here some good popup blockers - ablockplus.org, popupblocker.pro etc.

Please do not try to advise people if you have no clue about what is going on.
The OP talks about messages that avast shows when it scans a file/traffic.
That has nothing to do with pop-ups in a browser.
