How do you turn the blasted thing off? ???
A good place to start would have been the avast help file ?
This option ‘Show detailed info on performed actions’ is off by default so it looks like you have been tweaking avast. If you have changed this on the other on-access providers you will need to do it for those you have changed, see image example standard shield.
