I uninstall and reinstall avast but one day later the problem comes back.

What is the problem ?

Have you tried rapairing it?
If you get it when you first log on wait a little while? It happens on my brothers computer at log on my in 2 minutes it works

look at the state of services avast! Antivirus and Remote Procedure Call (RPC)

avast! Antivirus’s service was not started but it’s normally automatic.

I started it manualy.
