On Access Scanner - (Outlook/Exchange) Issue

Hi Guys!!!
I was wondering why my on access scanner (Outlook/Exchange) is always displaying “The provider is waiting a sub system to start” ??? I tried switching my firewall, COMODO firewall Pro off, but to no avail. Anybody have similar problem???
Will be gladly appreciated if anybody can provide me with a remedy???

Short answer it is waiting for MS Outlook (not express) to start.

If you don’t have MS Outlook, terminate the Outlook/Exchange, it is off by default when installed.

What is your email program ?
