Not clear if ads are a part of the browser or a toaster pop-up down on the lower right of your screen. What version of avast are you running? Free, Pro, Internet Security, Premier?

Just uninstall it as you would any other avast component. Go to avastUI > Settings > Components > SafePrice browser extension.
