Once again boot disk creation failing

Using Windows 10 64 bit and the latest version of avast (free) I cannot get a boot disk to create on a 3.0 USB drive.

I have read everything, disabled “self defense”, etc…

Nothing seems to work. Please help

Try another USB stick.
