Hello,

An user has reported to me that one of my pages is being blocked by Avast under category URL:phising. Im not showing the page here because I dont want this to be considered SPAM but will give to any CM or support member for review via private message.

This website is completely made by me from scratch, from the CMS to the content. It is not trying, in any way, to act as it were another site. Also the domain is not looking very similar to others (in fact, the english version of my site does have similar name sites created after I created mine).

I really think something nasty has happened here, maybe a competitor has been able to get my url added to your list.

¿Can someone from support review this?

EDIT: Well, I’ve seen that other false positive topics does include the URL, so here I go, the URL you are blocking is cual-es-mi-direccion-ip[.]com, english version that is not blocked and indeed is running on the exact same software just using a different language file is my-ip[.]club

Hello,

Almost 48h and no reaction by your side.

I would like to know if someone can tell me why:

  1. My site has been triggered as URL:Phising if my site is not: a) trying to impersonate as other site and b) my site is not requesting any personal information to users.
    It has non sense to be under URL:Phising filter.

  2. My site is not listed in any other blacklist than yours. You can check virustotal, my site is clean for all the search engines except avast.

Every second it is on the list Im losing money and reputation. I would like an explanation of why are you doing that and also know since when (and if it is confirmed a “false positive” by who).
