One solid reason not to trust or like Norton

Besides the Bloat and other hundreds of complaints I have against it I have truely found one rock solid reason why not to trust Norton at least to me its a rock solid reason. I just installed MBAM today updated it and ran a scan just to do a random scan and see if anything turned up and well heres the log after the scan

Am I the only one that finds this very embarrassing and funny on Symantec’s part even though half of the infections are in system restore?

MBAM usually finds a FP when I run a scan with it. Most of the time the FP is a Trojan.Agent.

I think you should’ve done checks with VirusTotal or Jotti before deleting anything.

I prefer SUPERAntiSpyware over mbam. SAS has few FPs & when reported they are quickly fixed. Plus SAS has great detections and some very good tools. I put SAS in the same high quality class of software with avast!, Opera, WinPatrol & ZA.

eh eh… missdetection of Norton… they’re becoming worse even in this topic, now bloatware and not the better detection, what fame makes to big companies!
