I have this issue for a while now and hoped it will be solved with updates. It’s more than a year now and unfortunately it never did.
One Touch Login used to work fine in combination with Windows 10 and my Android phone, but it suddenly stopped working.
The entire setup process is going well, and when I try to login I do get the notice on my phone (which is very short by the way), but when I tap the link nothing happens. I can only login manually.
I have tried everything I possibly could think of and what I have read as possible solution Online, from switching it on and off and unpairing and re-pairing the phone and my laptop, to re-installing Avast Premium. Nothing worked.
