OneTouch does not work anymore

Hello,

i am PAID Avast PW User since more then 2 years now. The Onetouch-function allways worked those time. But STOPPED to work since some weeks (around 1-2 months now). I even installed on different Mobile, but same same. Also on the mobile where it worked for one year, it does not work anymore !!

The Setup works. But then, when trying to log into passwords on pc, the onetouch message does not show up.

Tried with:
Nokia 6 (worked there many month, but then stopped working)
Samsung A7 2018 (never worked on this)

This is strange, cause the Onetouch is one of the only reasons why i even PAY for this product !!

Dev-Info: The issue was fixed. Expect Android release next week if all goes well.

OneTouch still doesn’t work

Hi, it has been fixed in V1.6.2 of APW.

To add to the scheme of things. Android version is version 1.6.2 and I can not access Pass words.
On the PC the pass words is locked and can not get the symbol to change status.
Changing the Pass word has no affect either so I am also locked out of Pass words on the PC.
Any suggestions or help?

New message. License is good for another 59 days on the PC.

I’m using version 1.6.3 and OneTouch still isn’t working, it has never worked.
