Ongoing bug problem with Avast SecureLine v5.10.0 on my iPhone 8 iOS v13.3

I like to keep my fingers crossed there, too. I’m actually wondering why not more users report this problem. Did this only occur with individual users?

I have described the problem briefly and made hard copies.

… to find.

Hi guys, ASL for iOS has been updated again to V5.10.1, just FYI…

Still haven’t been resolved… Sh#t!!

… yes, unfortunately no solution.

I’ve received an email from Květoslav saying below

I have checked the recent logs you sent from the version 5.10.0 (and of course also shared them with developers). In the logs I can see regular 100% losses of all the communication packets (really like every 3 minutes in some cases) - what means that the internet did not work at the moment (as I said, unfortunately we cannot tell if it is because of power saving, or loss of internet connection - aka weak signal etc.)

We continuously work on improving the VPN stability but it will really not help in the case when the internet connection is lost (then the VPN simply cannot stay connected).

So this issue is coming from the latest iSO v13.3.1, I’m hoping Apple will be able to fixed the ongoing issue on my iPhone and I’ve spent many hours investigating all the settings. No luck at all, I’ve never had any issues at with the Avast SecureLine VPN on the v12.0 iSO platform in the past long before v13.0 iSO platform.

Hi Speedy, thanks for the info/update. Cheers

Hello,

during my test with F-Secure VPN, there were no interruptions, the VPN connection ran without problems during the 7 days of testing!

A friend of mine installed the ‘ExpressVPN’ app on his iPad last week and the connection is still alive, whether you use it or not.

Best greetings
Gabriel

You need to keep giving Avast attention as much as possible, I’ve done everything I could and I cannot provide any more.
