online content is unavailable

When i click on menu, i get The online Content is unavailable, please check your internet connection etc…yet i can access the help online no problems, can add browser extensions etc…i renewed my subs a month ago …it now tells me my subscription has expired, and cannot enter in my activation code as it keeps telling me my internet connection is unavailable. Nothing i do changes this…Have uninstalled and installed again, same issue…any ideas please?
