I have downloaded a dominoes game and it is successfully downloaded on my computer but I am not able to play. Is it possible that Avast is preventing me from playing the game? If so, is there a way to allow it to be played?
If Avast was blocking it you would have seen a pop up alert. Are you using Avast Free, Pro or Internet Security?
It could have been stopped by the avast sandbox, but it also could be windows doing, a program that was prevented to run from start up.
Then user must allow it to be excluded. This could have been Windows Defender’s doing…
Did user do an online scan before downloading or a VirusTotal scan for eventual pup detections or even malcode?
