only 'quick scan' on Avast user interface?

Hi guys, a couple of ‘dumb’ questions… :slight_smile:

I’m having serious computer problems and want to do a complete deep scan with Avast, but when I opened the user interface all I see is ‘quick scan’ option now. I thought there used to be an option for a deep scan (not sure if this is the correct term, though).

So what’s the best way to determine if there is a virus or other malware on my computer?

From the avastUI > Scan > Scan for viruses - takes you into the Scan selection, image1, click to expand.

This will be set at the last scan that you ran - there is a drop down list where you can select other scans, image2.

Does that allow you to select the scan you want ?
