No ticket is closed without an answer (unless it is a duplicated ticket)
We are currently the tickets traffic from one platform to another, so the view you probably have is for the status of the old platform (you can see that the ticket ID is also different than the one you receive by email and posted here) where the tickets get automatically closed after transferred to the new one.
