Opera9, Mouse wheel problem

I installed Opera9 (moving from IE6). When moving the mouse wheel down while browsing a web page,the page scrolls down and when movig it up the page also scrolls down, funny…isn’t it? ;D
how can I fix this ::slight_smile:

Isn’t it a script problem?
Does it occur after booting?

I had this in the past with Firefox and even with Maxthon… but it disappears after booting. 8)
