You’re welcome.
You mention making “several follow up replies.” This can actually result in the response take longer, for each update you make, this takes it up the chronological order.
Tickets are dealt in a first in first out and can take up to 10 working days.

As an avast user like yourself I’m somewhat limited as to what I can do - but I will try to draw further attention to it.
If you send in more than 1 ticket or change a ticket, you will be back at the bottom of the stack.
It is a FIFO system.
Basically it means that you aren’t waiting two weeks, but since the last ticket/change.
Just in general:
Where did the time go when people still had patience?
