Hi, I made a request from your website contact form about purchase business edition. The answer came from support@help.avg.com. Was strange but looks like avg and avast are now in merging process. Consultant helps me to place an order as it was for 2 different business protection products and I get order confirmation (again strange) from AVG as a supplier but for AVAST Business Edition products. Problem is that I am in Ireland so they charge VAT in it. I tried to sort it but on Avast infoline they can’t find my order and when I mention that came from avg email address they send me to avg customer service. Then when I contact AVG customer service they are sending me to avast customers service because I purchased Avast product. CAN ANYBODY HELP WITH THIS?

I buy it by support consultant after sending request from avast business site. The answer came from hel.avg.com. Guys from avg support confirmed that avg is currently merging with avast but avast infoline consultants have no clue about it. Each of them sends me to another support and my order is still unpaid and nobody reply to my emails. No business line phone number anywhere from avast
