I am trying to cancel my automatic license renewal. For this I need my order ID and password. I was able to recover the ID, but when I was trying to recover the order password by keying in the order ID I hit a wall. The email that I used when purchasing the license won’t receive the recovery email.

My purchase is not connected to an account. The account I am using now to post here was created only moments ago using a different email.

Please help. I don’t want any more money to disappear from my bank account and I need the order password email to reach me.
