i have made an order and i was told not to recieve it via postal mail from the shareit company
i still didnt recieve anything via anything and it has been 1 month
any idea why this happened?

I don’t know, but maybe you have to write to sales@avast.com or maybe to support@avast.com 
Did Share*it not send you an email with the registration key ?
If so, you could download and install the Pro version and enter the registration key they sent.
If not, then you should contact sales as XMAS mentioned, giving as much information as possible, date you purchased, email address you used, etc.
