oshololoface.com/x/ Process C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe

I am working on a friends Dell Inspiron 530 computer
running Windows Vista Basic SP2 32b
3Gb of RAM
Pentium Dual Core E5200 2.5GHz

which had all kinds of malware initially. Most was seemingly removed by a scan on a Linux system running Avast for Linux, and then with a subsequent boot time scan using Avast on the system itself, and then with a scan using both Avast and MalwareBytes.

Currently, boot time scan using avast and a quick scan with MalwareBytes both show 0 infections, but when I open a browser, I get a notification from Avast of a Blocked URL

The messages received are:

MALICIOUS URL BLOCKED
avast! Network Shield has blocked a harmful site.
Object: hxxp://ololoshaface.com/x/
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe

Thanks in Advance for your assistance!
