The main difference is the amount of free space that you are allowed to have.
I like the former 2 because they have online editors which make things easy.

No, it could be just a picture, not html page, so the link must end with either jpg or gif. For the link above it could be this picture: http://www.apple.com/powermac/gallery/images/powermacG5side06232003.jpg but I will definitelly ban this, because it has the size 1140 x 900 pixels and about 107 kB - it is not very suitable for forum personal picture 
The same applies here - 150 kB picture is too big - please mind that the other users can use some limited or even counted connection. I think you can have very nice picture which for less than 10 kB ;D - Vlk did it at 3 kB!

well VLK, the size of my tits indeed exceeded the rules of this forum, so i had to make some adjustments…(make them smaller).
But it seems the size of your head is standard only 3 k ? ??? does this means something ? lol.
I just hope the little 3k doesn’t reflect the fact that you have 3 brain cells ? ;D
or is it 3 x 1000 bytes (kb) = 3000 brain cells ?
